Good, Bad, Bizarre News
Good News: Afghan wheat crops are more lucrative than heroin.
Bad News: McCain tries to capitalize on Petraeus testimony. Really. Fearmongering donations and all that.
Good News: Colin Powell puts Reverend Wright into proper perspective.
Bad News: Lanny Davis doesn’t know a dead horse when he sees one. It’s okay, Lanny, we know you aren’t going to support Obama, you can stop flogging Reverend Wright now.
Good News: Nancy Pelosi finds her mojo and puts a roadblock on the road to a trade deal with Columbia. Even better, Pelosi’s mettle rattles the Bush folks.
Bad News: Condoleeza Rice hasn’t definitively said “no” to the veep slot. That’s bad news for McCain if he goes for her..just sayin’. Way too much baggage. (Don’t believe these rumors)
Good News for Hillary: Elton John fundraiser last night raises 2.5 million for the campaign and gets her a royal, but not super, endorsement. This is a good thing, because she really should get those bills paid sooner rather than later…
Bad News for Hillary: UC Davis may send the Hillary campaign to collection for $5,000 in unpaid debt.
What is Dick Cheney looking at? Seriously, not photoshopped or edited…but really weird. (click for large image)
