With the floods we&#039;re dealing with now, the destruction from the fires in California and contiuing recovery from Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma; I wonder what&#039;s next and how our government will respond.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Fear-mongers like Gingrich should be recognized for just what they are.</description>

		<description>Newt&#039;s framing of the Supreme Court majority as &quot;five lawyers&quot; is so disingenuous.  Imagine the applause he would have given had the decision gone the other way.  But now they have to actually honor the Constitution, and they&#039;re beside themselves trying to marginalize the decision.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;McCain&#039;s promise to introduce legislation with Lindsey Graham is the same game.  He&#039;s not going to be able to legislate the Constitution away, no matter how hard he tries.</description>
