Ashcroft- We all make mistakes like that
A red-faced former Attorney General John Ashcroft ‘slips’ and refers to Sen. Barack Obama as “Osama” while on a tirade about how valuable and necessary the Patriot Act is to Americans:
Oh, come on John Ashcroft. This is the same strategy you Republicans use when you call us the “Democrat party”. We know it, you know it, and it’s well documented. This was no accident, and you can rest assured that it will emerge as a continued “mistake” throughout this election.
As long as we’re on tirades, Mr.Ashcroft, can you offer an explanation for the fact that less than 20% of Americans believe this country is on the right track? Given the Republican stranglehold over our government for the past six years, I can only assume that your red face is due to embarrassment at you and your cronies’ rotten management of this country.
Shame on you, John Ashcroft.
