Lessig 08 – Change Congress

This is a year for change, and Lawrence Lessig proposes change — in how campaigns are financed and conducted first, before other change can take place. To that end, he has also launched Change Congress, a grassroots effort to ask those running for public office to commit to three basic principles for how campaigns are financed and conducted.
I believe that people like Lawrence Lessig can transform the political landscape from a hated, ugly, desolate place to one which is much more high-minded and one resembling a true government of, by and for the people.
